Welcome to Toons Mag’s guest post program! These Terms and Conditions govern the submission and publication of guest posts on Toons Mag. By submitting a guest post for publication on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these guidelines carefully before proceeding with your submission.
Permanent Do-Follow Link (1 Year): Each guest post will include one do-follow link that will remain active for 1 year. After the one-year period, you will need to renew the link to keep it active.
1-Year Permanent Post: Your post will remain published for 1 year. If the content of the article becomes irrelevant to our site, it may be removed after one year. Relevant articles may remain published, but irrelevant sponsored links will be removed after the one-year period.
Published as a Regular Post: We aim to publish all guest posts as regular content. However, if your article doesn’t meet our quality requirements, it may be classified as a “Sponsored Post.”
One Sponsored Link Per Post: We allow one sponsored link per post. If your article contains additional sponsored links, extra fees will be applied depending on the niche of the URLs.
Word Count Requirement: All submitted articles must be at least 500 words.
Images (Up to 4 Allowed): You may include up to 4 images in your article. All images must be royalty-free, and attribution must be provided. If you own the images, you must grant us written permission to use and publish them. You are responsible for any third-party copyright claims.
In-House Illustration Images: If you do not provide images or proper attribution, we will supply in-house illustrations to accompany your article.
No Sponsor or Paid Tag: We do not add sponsor or paid tags if the content meets our requirements. However, if certain conditions aren’t met, we reserve the right to label the link as “Sponsored” or “Paid.”
Fast Publishing (Within 20 Hours): If all requirements are met and payment is made, we will publish the article within 20 hours.
Search Engine Submission: After publication, the article will automatically be submitted to search engines like Google and Bing for indexing.
Lifelong Support: We offer ongoing support through our helpdesk or via email to assist you with any questions or issues related to your post.
One-Time Annual Fee: There is no monthly subscription fee; a one-time annual fee applies.
Link Renewal: Your sponsored link will automatically be removed after 1 year unless renewed. The renewal fee is the same as the original price.
Lifetime Link Subscription: If you opt for a lifetime subscription for your sponsored link, it will remain active indefinitely without the need for renewal.
Published by Staff Account: Guest posts will be published from a staff contributor account. If you wish to publish under your name, a business account setup and approval fee may be required.
Original Content: You must submit original, unpublished articles. Plagiarized or previously published content will not be accepted.
Relevant Topics: We prefer articles related to topics relevant to our audience and site content.
Sponsored URL: Include a sponsored URL and clearly indicate it within the article.
Image Attribution: If you include images, ensure that attribution is provided, and provide us with the necessary links. If you own the images, you must give us written consent for their use.
No Copyrighted Work: Articles or images that belong to third parties or are copyrighted cannot be submitted.
Submit Your Article: You must submit your article for review by our editorial team.
Content Review: Once received, our team will review the article to ensure it meets our guidelines and standards.
Invoice: After the review, we will send an invoice that includes a live preview URL, article headline, and screenshot of the preview.
Live Preview URL: Please note that the live preview URL is not indexable. After the article is published, the live preview URL will be forwarded to the full published permalink.
Payment: Once you receive the invoice, you are required to complete the payment.
Approval and Publication: After payment is made, our editorial team will approve and publish your article.
Search Engine Submission: Once published, the article will be automatically submitted to search engines such as Google and Bing.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your article’s publication, along with the permalink and a screenshot of the live post.
Payment must be made in full prior to the article’s approval and publication.
The one-time annual fee covers one guest post and one sponsored link for a period of 1 year.
Additional fees apply if your post contains multiple sponsored links or requires extra services.
After 1 year, you must renew the sponsored link at the same price if you wish to keep it active.
For lifetime subscriptions, no further payment or renewal is necessary.
All transactions are processed via PayPal, and a 6% PayPal transaction fee will be added to the total price.
The prices for our services do not include taxes.
If the payment is overdue, you will receive email reminders requesting payment.
If the payment remains outstanding for over 7 days, the submitted article will be removed from the Toons Mag platform.
Once your article is published and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
If your article is rejected during the review process for failing to meet our guidelines, you will not be billed.
By submitting content to Toons Mag, you grant us the right to edit and publish the article on our platform. We reserve the right to make adjustments for grammar, clarity, or SEO purposes.
You retain the copyright to your article, but you grant Toons Mag a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish and display your content on our site and related platforms.
Toons Mag reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
